Health inspections of all animals and equipment BEFORE entering the Show Room. Show registrations (There is a $5.00 late fee per kennel. Register in advance!) All fees will be paid before entering the Show Room. Jo will be set up close to the health inspection area to assist everyone with turning in Quarantine Forms and handling cage tags. Set up of tables and organizing of Show Room. Sign-up for Pet Classes to be held Saturday afternoon. Shopping at other members' tables for gerbils, other animals, and equipment. Shopping at the AGS merchandise table. Coloring contest (runs through Saturday). Snacks and socializing with other AGS members. Fun activities for getting better acquainted with old and new friends. Specific activities are to be announced, but we have several fun things in the works for your enjoyment. The hotel pool is open from 7am to 11pm. We encourage everyone to relax and meet with other members at the pool before and after our other activities. HAVE FUN!!! |

Health inspections for any late arrivals. Set up judging room and Pet Class tables. Check that room is presentable for visitors (trash picked up, all boxes under the tables, personal items put away under tables, etc.) |

Show opens to the public. Judges' meeting and lunch. |

All gerbils who will compete in the show should be placed on the judging tables by 11:30am. (Please check the Show Rules & Regulations page ahead of time to make sure that your gerbils have the proper size of show carrier. Also, remember to provide each gerbil in the show with a source of moisture/water, such as a piece of carrot or a grape.) People's Choice voting by anyone present between 11:00 and 11:30. A prize will be given for 1st Place. |

Judging Members may continue any fun activities from Friday night. Shopping continues — AGS merchandise table and members' tables will be open during this time. Be sure to purchase your raffle tickets and make your choices early. (Winners will be announced immediately after the Pet Class.) |

Pet Class for all members to participate in. Presented and judged by Katie and Donna Anastasi In addition to various competitions in the Pet Class such as best gnawer, quickest arm climber, longest shoulder sitter, etc. we'll give people the opportunity to show off their gerbils talents and tricks, a sort of “Gerbil Talent Contest.” |

Group supper at Perkins Family Restaurant (one block from the hotel — up a steep hill, but it will be downhill on the way back!) Gerbil Bingo with prizes! |
