3PM - 9PM | Health Inspection | Check in with health officials before bringing your gerbils and/or supplies. There is usually a signup sheet. |
3PM-9PM | Setup | Favorite night-before activities include socializing, snacking, and arts and crafts for gerbils and their people. Also a good time to get those show boxed ready! |
7PM-8PM | Setup and Dinner |
Saturday
8AM-10AM | Health Inspection | Last minute health inspections |
8AM-10AM | Show Boxes | Prepare show boxes for the day. Place gerbils on the corresponding show tables. |
10:30AM | Last Call | Gerbil must be on the show tables. |
11AM | Judging Begins | open to the public |
12PM | Judges Lunch | At hotel. Small donation please if attending lunch |
1PM-4PM | Activities | Fun gerbil activities and contests, like toilet paper tube chewing competitions and agility exhibitions |
6PM | Results | Judges will begin announcing results. |
7:30 PM | Group Photo | |
8PM | Dinner | Dinner at Crocker Barrel |
9PM-11PM | Clean Up |
